WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

WHAT TIME CAN THE WAREHOUSE BE RENTED OUT?

The Warehouse is available for rent 7 days a week between the hours 9am-11pm.

Monday through Thursday 4 hours (minimum).

Friday 5 hours (minimum).

Saturday / Sunday is broken down into two-time frames

9am to 3pm – 4 hours (minimum).

4pm to 11pm – 5 hours (minimum).

WHERE IS THE WAREHOUSE LOCATED?

The Warehouse is located next to Historic 4th Street downtown Sioux City. Our venue is surrounded by charming bars and restaurants, offering guests a unique and convenient location to celebrate.

IS THERE A KITCHEN ON-SITE?

The Warehouse is equipped with a large bar top counter space, sink, fridge, and small freezer.

ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS PROVIDED?

Tables and chairs are provided for your event; however, you are welcome to bring in your own as well.

DO I NEED TO SET UP TABLES AND CHAIRS?

You will be responsible for setting up the tables and chairs and taking them down at the end of your rental UNLESS otherwise arranged by us. Please fold up all chairs and lean against poles at the end of your event and any additional tables and chairs that were pulled out, must be returned to where you found them.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE?

You may bring in your own food and beverage. Caterers are responsible for removing all materials brought onto the premises. Please ensure that alcohol policies are met (seen on the rental agreement).

IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?

Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+. Wine, Champagne, Beer, and Seltzers are allowed on our premises. However, hard liquor such as Vodka and Whiskey, for example, are STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Also, the renter is responsible for ensuring that all alcohol is consumed responsibly and that ALL guests are of legal drinking age.

ARE THERE REQUIRED VENDORS OR CATERERS?

For your flexibility, The Warehouse has no requirements for caterers, and you may hire any vendors if they meet any legal requirements, such as having appropriate licenses and in accordance with Iowa’s State Laws.

IS THERE A LOADING ZONE?

You may pull over and park on the side of the road right in front of our entrance door. The ally also is available for loading/unloading as well.

IS THERE A PARKING LOT WHERE OUR GUEST CAN PARK?

We have a small 4 car parking lot on the corner of 5th and Floyd by The Warehouse as well as additional parking that’s available along 4th and 5th street.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your rental date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Due to the nature of our business, within 30 days we do not offer refunds for cancellations. Please note this policy still applies if your booking was made within 30 days of your rental date.

In the event of an emergency, one reschedule event is permitted to an open date in the future. However, full payment will be due then at the time of rescheduling and is non-refundable.
